Hazel E. McSally, 88, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Tuesday at Crouse Hospital.
A life resident of the Syracuse area, Hazel was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. She retired as Executive Director of Custodial Services at SUNY Upstate, and was a member of the Silver Fox Senior Social Club. She was predeceased by her husband, James A McSally in 1985.
Hazel is survived by her sons; David McSally of Elbridge, Richard McSally of Londonderry, NH, James ( Barbara ) McSally of Baldwinsville; daughters; Catherine (Timothy) Darnauer of Bristow, Va, and Helen (Philip) Morse of Baldwinsville; sister-in-law, Anne (Robert) Lenz of Warners; twelve grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 9:45am from the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners and at 10:30 am in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 3494 Rt. 31 Baldwinsville. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 1 to 4pm at the funeral home, 3541 Rt. 31 Baldwinsville. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions in Hazel’s name be made to the Silver Fox Senior Social Club, 22 E Genesee St. Baldwinsville, NY 13027 or to the SPCA, 5878 E Molloy Rd., Mattydale, NY 13211.

We met Hazel through our dear friends Jim & Barb. Over the past 15 years we have been able to share our lives with the McSally's. Hazel was a wonderful woman and we are lucky to have had her in our lives! Our prayers are with this wonderful and special family.
