Alethia "Tudy" Brutcher, 77, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Loretto Health and Rehabilitation.  Alethia was born May 3, 1948 in Towanda, PA.  As a child she lived in South America returning to the United States as a freshman in college.  She then graduated from Cairn University in Langhorne, PA, and later received her Master's Degree from Syracuse University majoring in Early Childhood Education.  She retired as an Elementary School Teacher for the Central Square School District.  She was a Life member of the Moyers Corners Fire Department and a member of the First Baptist Church in Phoenix, NY.

She is predeceased by her parents, Horace and Alice Snyder, a sister, Grace Snyder Harper, and two brothers, John and Jedidiah Snyder.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her sisters; Joy Luce, Faith Parvin and Hope Cummings, brothers, Joseph and Kirk Snyder.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 11:00 am in the First Baptist Church, County Route 57A, Phoenix, NY 13135.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Memory of Tudy Brutcher to the First Baptist Church, County Route 57A, Phoenix, NY 13135.
