Alexander A. "Al" Rahalski, 64, of Clay, NY passed away unexpectedly on Sunday at home. Born in Syracuse, NY to the late Alexander A. and Rosaria (Orlando) Rahalski, Sr.  Al grew up in Liverpool, graduating from Liverpool High School, Class of 1976. He continued his education at OCM BOCES earning his certification in Welding Technology. After completing school, he moved to Texas working on oil rigs before returning to Syracuse. For many years Al worked for Specialty Welding & Fabricating. Currently, he was employed with Elevator Interiors Inc. as a Press Brake/Laser Operator. Known as the "Camping Coordinator" Al would plan all the annual family camping trips. He was a true outdoorsman, enjoying camping, fishing and hunting. Al had a great sense of humor and loved to cook. He treasured spending time with family and friends, relishing long rides on his motorcycle. His loyal and loving soul will be sorely missed.

Surviving are his two daughters, Lisa M. Rahalski and Nicole L. Rahalski both of Baldwinsville, NY, five grandchildren; Braedon, Harper, Ethan, Briella and Nova, two sisters, Rosaria "Rose" Smith of Seekonk, MA, Eve (Dale) Tennant of Central Square, NY, brother, Anthony "Tony" Rahalski of Clay, NY, the mother of his children, Karen Solomon of Clay, NY, several nieces, nephews and cousins and his loyal friend since high school, Paul Crisifulli.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31 Baldwinsville, NY 13027 with a service of remembrance to follow at 7:00 pm.
