Barbara M. (Borasky) Morgan, 67, of Baldwinsville, NY passed away Sunday, March 17, 2024 at Francis House leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love. She was born on May 16, 1956 in Syracuse, NY, the beloved daughter of the late Francis and Clara (Hall) Borasky. Barbara had a deep passion for life and found joy in the simple pleasure it offered. She had an affinity for animals and nature that was truly unmatched. When she was tending to her garden, she found solace and beauty in the world around her. Her nurturing spirit extended to all living things and she cherished the companionship of her pets who brought her comfort and joy.
One of Barbara's most cherished traditions was cooking and baking, especially her famous Christmas cookies. With each batch, she poured her heart and soul into creating sweet treats that brought joy to all who tasted them. Her cookies were more than just confections; they were a symbol of love and tradition that will be fondly remembered by her family and friends for years to come.
Barbara is predeceased by her parents, Francis and Clara (Hall) Borasky; a sister, Patricia Houle and a brother, Joseph Borasky.
Barbara is survived by her sisters, Mary Davidson of Baldwinsville, NY, Shirley (Larry) Fogg of Villages, FL, Alane Olivieri of Liverpool, NY and Robin (Ron) Wilder of Jamesville, NY; brothers, Francis Borasky of Pennellville, NY, Kenneth (Cindy) Borasky of Ogdensburg, NY, Andrew Borasky of Pahrumpt, NV, William (Irene) Borasky of Oneida, NY and Michael (Mary) Borasky of Phoenix, NY and several nieces & nephews.
Calling hours will be Monday, March 25, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 with a funeral service to follow at 5:00 pm. Burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Barbara will be dearly missed by all who have had the privilege of knowing her. In honoring Barbara's memory, let us carry forward the love and warmth she shared with us and continue to cherish the moments we shared together. Though she may no longer be with us in body, her spirit will live on in the memories we hold dear.
