Betty L. Grimble, 81, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully at her home after a long illness.  Betty was born in Cato, NY, and had lived in North Syracuse for the past 63 years.  She retired from the North Syracuse Central School District, where she worked in food service for 40 years.  Betty lived a simple life.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Richard E. Grimble, who passed way in 1997, and by her daughter, Debbie Eichhorn, who passed away in 2016.

She is survived by her son, Richard W. Grimble of North Syracuse and her grandson, Brian Eichhorn of Baldwinsville.

Betty was laid to rest in the Pine Plains Cemetery.
