Beverly S. Stearns, 84, of Liverpool, NY passed away Thursday morning. Beverly Charlotte Swenson was born and raised in Jamestown, NY. Her first love was a Dalmatian named Duke. At Jamestown High School she met William "Topper" Stearns, whom she would marry after earning her RN degree from St. Luke's School of Nursing in Cleveland, OH. Beverly worked as a labor and delivery nurse in Pittsburgh, PA until Topper and she moved to Williamsville, NY, where they raised their family. After Topper retired they moved to Liverpool, NY. The last two years of her life were spent in the loving care of the nurses and aides at St. Camillus. The other loves of her life were Sam (Samoyed), Misha (Husky), Tully (Samoyed), and Amanda (Cockapoo). Beverly always loved to be surrounded by children and dogs. Beverly was predeceased by Topper in 2017.

Surviving to cherish Beverly's memory are her children; Charles (Jennifer) Stearns of Milwaukee, WI, and Cynthia (Steve) Heaslip of Liverpool, NY, five grandchildren; Madeleine, Rachael, William, Christian, and Joseph, and two great-grandchildren, Jamie and Lily Beth.

Services will be held later this summer in Jamestown, NY.
