Constance M. (Spicer) Sacco, 88, of Liverpool passed away after a long illness on July 23, 2022 at home with her loving husband by her side.  A Syracuse native, Constance had retired as a Medical Transcriptionist with A. Lee Memorial Hospital in Fulton.  She was a member of the Salina Seniors, as well as an active member of the Liverpool First United Methodist Church.

Constance was predeceased by her parents, Willard and Carrie Spicer; sisters, Betty Lundy, Dorothy Phfundheller and Helen Parker; brother, Bob Spicer, and grandson, Nicholas Sacco.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 67 years, Joseph Sacco, Jr. of Liverpool; sons, Scot (Joanne) Sacco of Manchester, NH, Jeffrey (Noreen) Sacco of Stockton, CA and Timothy (Kim) Sacco of Liverpool; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Gratitude to Susan Kelly (niece), Kelley Alexander, Sherrie Tryon for many hours of help with Connie.

Visitation will be Monday, August 1, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home, 300 Second St. Liverpool, NY 13088.
