Daniel D. Grella

Daniel D. Grella, 75, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026. He was born in Syracuse, NY on November 2, 1950, to the late Salvatore and Grace (Vine) Grella. Daniel worked for over thirty years with Camillus Cutlery in Camillus, NY. Dan was an avid fisherman, played golf, and enjoyed playing cards and board-games with his family. He is predeceased by his parents, his wife, Deborah C. (Dixie) Grella, and a sister, Diane Grella.

Daniel is survived by his sisters, Denise (Dana) Howell of Elbridge, NY and Sally Jo Howell of Jordan, NY; brothers, David (Beth) Grella of Breinigsville, PA and Gary (Donna) Grella of Solvay, NY, and several nieces & nephews.

A calling hour will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 with funeral services to follow at 10:00 am. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
