David S. Holt, 61, of Liverpool, NY passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, March 3, 2024 surrounded by his family.  David was born in North Tonawanda, NY and was a 1980 graduate of St. Charles High School in St. Charles, Il.  He was a sales manager with Funk Lawn Care, Moulding & Millwork - CNY Region and most recently with Olins Windows and Doors in Fulton, NY.  David is predeceased by his father, John Holt.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Karen (Wortman) Holt of 38 years; sons, Kevin Holt, of Liverpool, NY and Zachary Holt of Manlius, NY; daughter, Amanda Holt (Joseph Farella) of Liverpool, NY; mother, Janet (Dreier) Holt of North Tonawanda, NY; sisters, Phyllis Holt of Maple Park, IL, Allison (Rob) Holt of Grand Island, NY and Jeanne Holt of Fort Collins, CO and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be 11:00am, Sunday, March 10, 2024 at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY.  Burial will be private.
