Donald R. Adams, 58, of Liverpool passed away Thursday December 20, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center.

He was born in Watertown and at the age of 11 came to Liverpool where he was raised and educated, and has since resided. Don was employed by Anheuser Busch in Baldwinsville for 27 years in warehouse operations until his illness in 2011. He was a member the Teamsters Local # 1149 and Liverpool First United Methodist Church. Don was also former president of Liverpool Little League and was an avid sports fan. Donald was devoted to his family and many friends. He was always there to lend a hand to anyone in need. He is predeceased by his mother, Judith Lyke.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years; Deborah M. (Cole) Adams, daughter, Kelly (Kris) Hutson, two sons, Donald and Jeffrey Adams, his father and step mother, Howard and Marie Adams all of Liverpool, 6 cherished grandchildren; Matthew Roy, Ellie J., Robbie C., Parker R., Nevaeh L., Nadia Rose, sister, Lyn (Thomas)Costanzo of Watertown, 5 brothers; Richard (Marnie) Adams of Black River, NY, David (Chris) Adams of Baldwinsville, Jonathan (Terry) Adams of Harrisburg, NY, James (Lisa) Lyke of Buffalo, Norman Lyke of Sauquoit, two sisters in law, Judy(Mark )Toscano and Shaila Cole. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2 to 5 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners 3541 Rt 31 Baldwinsville, with funeral services to follow at 5pm.
