Donald R. Crobar, Jr., 72 of Baldwinsville passed away on Monday at home. Born in Syracuse, he was raised in Liverpool graduating from Liverpool High School, Class of 1967. Donald then enlisted in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. After serving his country, he returned home and started his career with the Town of Clay, first with the Highway Department and retiring in March of 2004 as a Meter Reader with the Water Department. An avid skier in his younger years, he was a former member of the Ski Hawks of Syracuse. He loved his Buffalo Bills, watching Sci Fi and action movies and listening to Talk Radio. Donald also enjoyed listening to music of all generations. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and always willing to help his neighbors and friends. He is predeceased by his parents, Donald and Helen (Brzyski) Crobar, Sr.

Surviving is his wife of 35 years, Alesia (Sadlik) Crobar of Baldwinsville, three daughters; Christina (Jett) Wilson of Liverpool, Diana Crobar of Baldwinsville and Stephanie Crobar of Phoenix, AZ, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by Funeral services at 12:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31, Baldwinsville. The Rite of Committal and burial will take place in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
