Dora (Zopfi) Harke, 91, passed away on Friday at home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Syracuse, NY, the youngest of 16 siblings. Dora grew up on Horseshoe Island and attended Phoenix High School. In 1958, she was united in marriage to Edward B. Harke, Jr., a blessed union of 67 years. The original owned and operated Harke Farms on Route 31 in Liverpool, purchased by the Harke Family in 1936 is now Harke Meadows. She was an avid reader and member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Clay, NY. Dora will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is predeceased by all of her brothers and sisters.

Surviving are her husband, Edward B. Harke, Jr.; her children, Joyce, Eddie III, Geraldine (John), Janice (Jeff); 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be on Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rte. 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 with funeral services to follow at 7:00 pm.
