Dylan C. Overbey, 17, of Baldwinsville, passed away Friday.  Dylan was born in Hartford, CT on December 9, 2003.  He was a senior at the Charles W. Baker High School in Baldwinsville.  Dylan was a former boy scout and had a great love of the outdoors and nature.  He loved biking, downhill skiing, and hiking.  Dylan enjoyed writing books, poems, building Legos, Minecraft and Marvel & DC shows.  He loved spending time with his brother, sister, loving family and friends.  Dylan had a heart beyond imagination and was always there to lend a hand whenever he could.

Dylan is survived by his loving parents, Jason & Debra Overbey, sister, Angelee Overbey, brother, Logan Overbey, his maternal grandparents; Melvin & Bettie Mikosinski of Annandale, VA and his paternal grandparents; John & Sue Overbey of Stafford, VA, 3 aunts; Holly Mikosinski, Susan (David) Seidel and Gretchen (Kory) Collier and 3 cousins; Tyler Kennedy, Zachary & Savannah Seidel.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027. A celebration of Dylan's life will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Word of Life Assembly of God, 12 East Oneida Street, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
