Ethan Daniel Rupracht left this world on December 11, 2025, at the age of 32, leaving behind a legacy of quiet kindness and deep compassion that touched everyone fortunate enough to truly know him.

Born and raised between Marcellus and Saratoga, New York, Ethan built a life rooted in hard work and a genuine love for the people and places that mattered most to him. He worked as a surveyor and contractor, bringing precision and care to every project. On race days, you might have found him serving as crew chief for his dad's stock car racing team, where his calm presence and steady hand made all the difference.

To those who took the time to look past his quiet, shy exterior, Ethan revealed a gentle soul who cared profoundly about the wellbeing and happiness of others. He had a way of noticing when someone needed support, often putting their needs before his own without ever seeking recognition. His kindness wasn't loud or showy, it was the steady, dependable kind that made people feel safe and valued.

Ethan found his greatest peace in nature. Whether he was casting a line while fishing, tracking through the woods while hunting, or simply hiking through the wilderness, he was most at home under open skies. He channeled his energy into weightlifting, expressed himself through cooking and music, and dreamed of the places he would travel to explore.

Ethan is survived by his loving parents, Lauri and Dan Rupracht; his brother, Caleb Rupracht and sister-in-law, Leah Rupracht; and all those whose lives he quietly but profoundly enriched. Though he walked softly through this world, the impression he left on the hearts of those who knew him will endure forever.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027, with a funeral service to immediately follow.
