Florence Cellini, of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

Florence received her bachelor's degree from Empire State College, and was a retired New York State Supreme Court Document Examiner. She volunteered in drug abuse prevention/support, and taught GED classes at Withlacoochee Technical Institute in Inverness, Florida. In her younger years, she created religious instructor curriculum for children with special needs at St. Augustine's Church in Baldwinsville, NY. In her life she shared homes in Skaneateles and Florida with her love, Herman Mau.

Florence always reached out to people in need with love, compassion, and understanding. She leaves behind a legacy of enduring kindness.

She is predeceased by Herman Mau, and her brother, Robert Lacy.

Surviving are her children; Catherine (John) Solan of Granby, NY, Elizabeth (Stephen) Pederson of Baldwinsville, NY, and Joseph (Kimberly) Cellini of Baldwinsville, NY and her grandchildren; Jessica, David, Jacob, and Brett.

A calling hour will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home, Inc., 300 Second Street, Liverpool, NY 13088 with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm. The Rite of Committal and Burial will follow in Liverpool Village Cemetery at 225 6th St, Liverpool, NY 13088.
