Frank F. Castro, 94, of Liverpool, NY passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023. Frank was born in 1929 to Francisco and Florence Castro in Brooklyn, NY.  Frank graduated from Manhattan High School of Aviation Trades.  He was in the Air Force from 1948 – 1952 where he was a Staff Sergeant and a mechanical instructor.  Frank later graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Frank retired from Carrier Corp. / United Technologies after working in publishing and marketing for more than 25 years.

Frank is survived by his partner of 50 years, Ute Richard; her daughters, Jane (Nathan) and Diana; grandsons, Scott, Alex (Amber), Adam and great-granddaughter, Aurora. "Uncle Frank" embraced his role as surrogate grandfather and was dearly loved.

Services and burial will be private.
