My dear, sweet husband Geary 'G' Sabino, age 70, of Baldwinsville, NY was unexpectedly called home to our Lord on September 25, 2021.  He was born and raised in Whitesboro, NY, son of the late Samuel and Theresa (DiGeorge) Sabino.  Geary graduated from Whitesboro High School in 1969 and enlisted in the US Army, proudly serving his country in Vietnam.

He went on to become a highly respected contractor expanding on the skills and integrity he learned from his dad. Geary retired but never stopped working. His joy was in imagining and creating. He loved to help others, no matter what it was. Occasionally he would 'relax' and he thoroughly enjoyed target shooting with his life-long friend Gordon Dunham. He was also an avid car enthusiast, and a real Sudoku pro. He loved watching Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy and MMA.

Geary will be remembered for his infectious smile, his gentle spirit and his enormous heart.  He is predeceased by his parents Samuel and Theresa (DiGeorge) Sabino and a brother Rich Sabino.

He is survived by his greatest love his wife, Sharon (Rogowski) Sabino, daughters Casey Sabino of Utica, NY, Audrey (Matt) Cucci ­of Poland, NY, brothers Peter (Shannen) Sabino of S. Daytona Beach, FL, Dennis (Anita) Sabino of Hickory, NC, Sam (Marlene) Sabino of Huntersville, NC, sister, Georgianna (Daryl) Pudney of Charlotte, NC, a granddaughter, Julia Cucci, sister-in-law, Marsha Sabino of NC, and several nieces and nephews. A special place in Geary's heart was filled by his niece Sondra Decker whom he loved like a daughter.

A private celebration of life will be held at a future date.
