Glenda A. Rockdashil, 74, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Thursday at home. She was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Glenn E. and Marion E. (Fingland) Rockdashil. Glenda grew up in Liverpool graduating from Liverpool High School. She was employed as a Drafter for many years, retiring from Verizon (formerly New York Telephone Company). Glenda spent nearly 40 years enjoying her summers at her camp at Brennan's Beach. She liked connecting with people from around the world while playing Words with Friends online. Glenda also loved spending time with and receiving pictures of her granddaughters, affectionately known as "Grammy's Girls"

Surviving to cherish her memory is her daughter, Lisa (Jeremy) Warren of Camillus, NY and her two granddaughters, Lily and Emma.

Services will be private with burial in White Chapel Memory Gardens in DeWitt.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Glenda's memory can be made to Friends Forever Animal Rescue, 174 Gristwood Road, Pennellville, NY 13132.
