Obituary

Gustave B. Skopinsky, 70, of Liverpool, NY passed away peacefully on Monday. He was born in The Bronx, NY, son of the late Hyman Charles and Beatrice (Parker) Skopinsky. Gus retired from Retail Management with Marshalls in Auburn, NY after over 30 years of employment. Gus was very independent. He had a great sense of humor and would do anything for his family. He loved watching old movies, tinkering in his garden and spending time with his dog, Harley. Most of all he looked forward to the annual family vacations at Cape Cod. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Thomas Skopinsky.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Nancy (King) Skopinsky of Liverpool, NY, his daughter, Rachel (Austin) Flower of Wayland, NY, precious grandson, Harrison, two brothers, Bernard Skopinsky and Arthur (Diane) Skopinsky, two sisters, Carolyn Hough and Deborah Ernest,  many nieces and nephews.
