Jacqueline "Jacki" A. (Capria) Bartholomew, 56, of Liverpool passed away unexpectedly on Monday at home. Born in Syracuse, Jacki was a lifelong resident of Liverpool. She graduated from Liverpool High School, Class of 1982 and furthered her education at Bryant & Stratton College. Jacki was employed as a Claims Investigator retiring this past July after a 34-year career with the NYS Insurance Fund in Liverpool. She enjoyed taking trips to the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge to observe Bald Eagles in their habitat. Jacki was devoted to her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren. She was a caring soul who will be missed by all who loved her.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her two sons, Zachary L. (Dawn) Capria of Syracuse and Jordan A. Bartholomew of Liverpool, her loving parents, Harry J. and Linda M. (Bressette) Capria of N. Syracuse, two beloved grandchildren, Cedric A. Capria and Emily R. Capria, two brothers, Richard G. (Teri) Capria of Liverpool, Gerald "Jerry" H. (Melissa) Capria of San Francisco, CA, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners 3541 State Rt 31 Baldwinsville with funeral services to follow at 6:00 pm.
