James H.
Wells
November 11, 1959 – January 19, 2022
James H. Wells, 62, of Liverpool passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, peacefully at home. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, he was raised and educated in Little Rock, Arkansas. After high school, Jim enlisted in the US Navy. While stationed in Hawaii, he met his wife, Jacqueline, a blessed union of 37 years. After his career in the military, Jim worked for almost 20 years at Lockheed Martin in Syracuse, NY as a Senior Engineer. He has been a resident of Liverpool since 1998. Jim was an avid SU sports fan and enjoyed being an umpire for SRN Little League and softball. He will be sadly missed by his beloved dogs and cats. Jim is predeceased by his parents, Orville and Jewell (Emory) Wells and two brothers, Stanley and Phillip.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife, Jacqueline C. (Ferguson) Wells, two sons; Nicholas Wells (Amber Jones) and Christopher (Cassie) Wells, his daughter, Katie-Marie (Kevin) O'Connor, four grandchildren; Alexandra, Aerisa, Christian and Cory, brother, Jerry (Sandra) Wells, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
