Jean Carter, 90, of Liverpool died Saturday, October 30, 2021 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Syracuse. Jean was born in Potsdam, NY the daughter of Roland and Mable (Foster) Cayen.

Jean enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, going to flea markets, attending country music concerts and creating arts and crafts.  Jean was predeceased by her husband, Frank M. Carter Sr. on October 27, 1986.

Surviving are three daughters; Deborah (Tony) Albanese of Baldwinsville, Denise Carter of Liverpool, Susan (Pat) Knapp of West Monroe, three sons; Frank M. Jr. (Kathryn) Carter of Baldwinsville, Jeff (Sheila) Carter of Phoenix, Dwayne (Lori) Carter of Anderson, SC, a sister, Darlene (Van) Burrows of Parish, 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt. 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am.  Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
