Jeffrey M. Martin, 61, passed away on Wednesday due to complications from COVID-19. Jeff was born in Buffalo and raised in Liverpool, NY.  He was known for his stubborn, persistent, yet caring and loving nature. He was an original in every sense of the word. Jeff's true passion in life was his music. He was an accomplished musician, playing bass guitar with several amazing and talented local musicians throughout his life. Each one of them would always come away with a story to tell!   He was a beloved part of the Syracuse music community. Owner/Operator of Liverpool Interiors, Jeff was a talented craftsman and was well known for his custom cabinetry making. He was also an avid boater and enjoyed trips to Sodus Bay with his many friends. He is predeceased by his parents James and Carol Martin.

Surviving him are his loves, Lisa Barrett and his collection of bass guitars, children; Jason (Sarah) Martin, Shannon Martin, stepchildren; Aaron (Samantha) Barrett, Aubrey (Daniel) Bresnahan, siblings; Michael (Shirley) Martin, Linda (Paul) Corbin, Kris (Mike) DeCandia, three grandchildren; Mikaylah, Jacob and Madalyn; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jeff's family would like to sincerely thank the medical ICU team at Upstate University Hospital for the outstanding care, attention, and music that they provided to Jeff during his stay. We are forever grateful.
