Justin "Jay" W. Conover, 43, of Liverpool, passed away on Thursday at the home of his parents. He was born in Seoul, Korea and as an infant, along with his twin brother, came to the United States. Jay was a lifelong Syracuse area resident residing in Liverpool. He graduated from Liverpool High School in 1992 and furthered his education receiving his Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland. In both high school and college, Jay excelled in track and cross country running. He worked at Elmcrest Children's Center in Syracuse and as a Child Care Provider for Onondaga County in their Division for Youth. Jay enjoyed kickball and was a member of SSA Sports League.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his fiancée, Joann Hu of CT, his parents, Susan and Clifford Conover of Liverpool, two brothers; Boo Woo Lee of Korea, and his twin, Matt (Tina Vo) Lee of Jacksonville, Fl., three sisters; Sun Woo Lee of Korea, Kathryn (Richard) Aiello of Liverpool, Martha (Jeff) Duffield of Ma., grandmother, Alice Conover of Northville, NY and longtime friend, Glenn Robbins of Liverpool. Also surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling hours will be on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 3 to 6 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Inc., 300 Second Street, Liverpool. Funeral services will be on Sunday at 2:00 pm in Liverpool United Methodist United Methodist Church, 604 Oswego St, Liverpool.
