Ka ren F. (Vanderpan) Barber, 80, of Liverpool, NY passed away on Tuesday. She was born in Kearney, New Jersey, daughter of the late Irving G. and Margaret (Francis) Vanderpan. Karen grew up in Baldwinsville, NY graduating from C.W. Baker High School, Class of 1960. In 1962, she was united in marriage to Bruce L. Barber, a blessed union of 61 years. A true caretaker, Karen's focus in life was her devotion to her family.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her husband, Bruce L. Barber, two sons, Scott J. (Laura) Barber and Steve J. Barber, a granddaughter, Julia Barber, sister, Elaine Lanning, brother, Robert (Marilyn) Vanderpan, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be private with burial in Riverview Cemetery in Baldwinsville, NY.
