Kathleen "Kathie" E. Zielinski, 80, of Liverpool passed away at University Hospital surrounded by her loving family on November 24, 2022.

Kathie was predeceased by her parents, Frank R. and Arlene W. (Bockes) Edgarton.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of 55 years, Edmund "Ed" Zielinski; daughters, Jill (Tim) Savage and Amy (Michael) Cirmo; grandchildren, Kate Savage (Dylan Schroeder) and Abbie Savage (Mike LePonto), as well as her brother, David Edgarton.

With her talent and love for both music and singing, Kathie was an active member of the Park Central Presbyterian Church Choir, Syracuse University Oratorio Society and Syracuse Pops Chorus.

A lover of all things outdoors, she especially enjoyed hiking in the woods, canoe trips in Canada, camping and traveling to Maine with her beloved husband, Ed.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Park Central Presbyterian Church, 504 E. Fayette Street, Syracuse, NY 13202.
