Kenneth E. Palmer, 77, of Liverpool, NY passed away on Saturday. He was born in Binghamton, NY, son of the late Clyde and Mary (Jones) Palmer. Ken enlisted in the U.S. Army, proudly serving his country for over 20 years. He was employed as a warehouse manager for Onondaga News Agency in Syracuse. Ken was currently the Commander of the Liverpool American Legion, Post 188. He is predeceased by his wife, Donna M. (Parry) Palmer in 2012.

Surviving are his beloved companion, Sue A. Smith, of Baldwinsville, NY, several step children and step grandchildren, cousins and longtime friend, Sandy Lovell.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home, Inc., 300 Second St. Liverpool, with funeral services to follow at 2:00 pm with military honors. Burial will take place in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a future date.
