Obituary

Lee Ann Regan, 91, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024. Born in Syracuse on December 27, 1932 to the late, Bradley Ross and Evelyn (Zee) Ross. Lee graduated from Vocational High School and retired in 1995 after many years of service in the Physical Plant at University Hospital. She also served as a hostess at DiBello's Restaurant in Western Lights for an additional 10 years.

Lee was an avid fan of seeing music of all types, especially enjoying to see local bands such as The Kingsnakes, The Delinquents, Ron Spencer, Carolyn Kelly, and many Mark Doyle/Joe Whiting lineups. She also loved Heid's Hot Dogs, Chanel No. 5, watching Chicago PD, cats, and refusing to let anyone else pick up the check. Even in her nineties, she lit up the room, and always knew how to have fun. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Lee is predeceased by her brother, Richard Ross, stepfather, George Ozogar, Aunts Catherine Zee Murray, Lillian Runvik, Helen Zoll, and cousin, Dale Cornwell Booth.

Lee is survived by her daughter, Camille (Chip) Keeler of Mesa, Arizona, son, William (Pamela) Regan of Dewitt, along with granddaughters; Lauren Keeler, Lindsey Keeler, and Kira Regan.

A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.

Please sign the Maurer Funeral Home online guestbook for Lee to express your condolences to her family.
