Lellean (Joyce) Newman, 92, of Liverpool, passed away Friday, February 10, 2023.  She was born in Naples, NY and has lived in the Liverpool area for many years. Joyce retired from Price Chopper where she worked as a cashier for 35 years.  She was a graduate of Naples High School.  She enjoyed spending time with her loving family and friends.  She is predeceased by her husband, Danny Newman her son, Norbert Newman and sister. Ramona Barber.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lisa Rein of North Tonawanda, NY son, Tracy Newman of Baldwinsville, sister, Keitha Ostrander of N. Carolina, daughter- in-law, Debra Newman of Greenwood, Indiana, three grandchildren; Dan, Nicole and Tyler Newman and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 10:00 am at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in the Clearview Cemetery, North Cohocton, NY 14808.
