Linda S. (James) Limpias, 70, of Baldwinsville, NY passed away on Monday after a courageous fight with her illness. Born in Oakland, CA, Linda was raised in Chico, CA where she attended high school. While living in Chico, she met her husband, Oscar A. Limpias, a blessed union of 49 years. Together the couple came to the East Coast eventually settling in Baldwinsville, NY for the past 21 years. Linda will be remembered for her strong faith which guided her through her life and being a devoted loving mother. She was a kind, patient and understanding soul who was dedicated to nurturing her children. Linda is predeceased by her parents, Thomas James and Frances (Costa) Logan.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband, Oscar A. Limpias, her son, Sean C. Limpias both of Baldwinsville, NY, three daughters, Lisa M. Limpias of Downingtown, PA, Alexandra C. Limpias and Hannah C. Limpias both of Baldwinsville, NY, two grandchildren, Isaiah and Rowan, two brothers, Marvin James of Santa Cruz, CA, Thomas James of Ehrenberg, AZ, sister, Patricia (John) Jacobs of Baton Rouge, LA, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Maurer Funeral Home, Inc. 300 Second St. Liverpool, NY 13088 with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home. The Rite of Committal and burial will take place in North Syracuse Cemetery.
