Mary Louise "Mary Lou" (Cole) Galuppo, age 91 passed away peacefully on Monday at The Cottages at Garden Grove, Cicero, NY.  Born in Syracuse, New York on December 1, 1931. She graduated from St. Vincent De Paul and worked for a local radio station, Woman's Life Society Insurance and Wine Merchants, Inc. She enjoyed traveling and organizing bus trips for the Salina Seniors. Mary Lou was active in St. Daniel's Church Wisdom People (a senior citizens group). She was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas Galuppo in 2007, her parents Wilson "Bill" and Irene (Dishaw) Cole, and a brother, William "Billy".

Surviving to cherish Mary Lou's memory are her children; James (Cindy) Galuppo, Diane (Dan) York, Charles Galuppo, Thomas (Kelley) Galuppo and Robert (Janine) Galuppo, her grandchildren; Tonya (Brian) Buda, Jonathan (Niccole) Galuppo, Bryan (Kiara) York, Shannon York, Daniel and Michelle Galuppo, great-grandchildren; Emma, Avery and Evan Buda, Carson and Melaney York and Adyson Galuppo, brother, John (Jean) Cole and sister, Susan Cole Lombardo and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31, Baldwinsville, NY13027.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 11:00 am at Epiphany Parish at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 425 Beechwood Ave, Liverpool, NY 13088.  The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery, 2401 Court Street, Syracuse, N.Y. 13208.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary Lou's memory may be made to the Epiphany Parish at Immaculate Heart of Mary's Food Pantry, 425 Beechwood Ave, Liverpool, NY 13088.
