Mary
Santocki
April 2, 1935 – April 29, 2023
Mary "Ommi" (Krill) Santocki, 88, of Baldwinsville, NY was called home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Saturday at Park Terrace in Radisson. She was born in Colonie, NY, a daughter of the late Theodore and Tillie (Fisher) Krill. Mary was raised and educated in Watervliet, NY. On October 22, 1955 she was united in marriage to Louis W. Santocki, a blessed union of 21 years until his passing in 1976. After starting their family, Mary came to Liverpool, NY and was employed for over 30 years as a beloved Secretary, retiring from the Liverpool Central School District. She has been a resident of Baldwinsville, NY for the past 30 years and lived with her daughter and son-in-law for the past three years. Mary was the matriarch of her family. Her sharp wit, sense of humor and busy lifestyle set the standard. She was a "Fashionista" always admiring clothing and setting her own trends. Her main focus though was time spent with her family and friends. She enjoyed playing Bunco, was an excellent Polka dancer and loved dogs. Mary was a founding parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. In addition to her parents, Mary is predeceased by her husband, Louis W. Santocki, sister, Olga Bilynsky and her brother, Theodore Krill.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kathleen (Keith) Sahm of Baldwinsville, NY, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; Aubrey, Spencer, Samuel and Alexander, her brother, James Krill of Arizona, several close nieces, nephews and cousins.
