Michael J. Futrell, 30, of Baldwinsville passed away unexpectedly on Thursday. Born in Syracuse, Mike was raised in the Liverpool/Fulton areas attending G. Ray Bodley High School. After graduating with honors, he served his country in the US Air Force. Mike was employed as a Packaging Operator at the Byrne Ultra Dairy in East Syracuse. He was an Eagle Scout with Boy Scout Troop # 715. Mike loved the outdoors spending time hiking, camping and fishing. He is predeceased by his father, James A. Futrell, brother, Adam A. Futrell, grandparents, Billy and Dorothy Futrell, great-grandparents, August and Pearl Gentile, and Pearl Rhyner.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his mother, Melissa A. Arcadi and his sister, Jessica M. Futrell both of Baldwinsville, grandmother, Cynthia Caracci of Liverpool, uncle and aunt, Anthony (Ann) Arcadi of Baldwinsville, his cousins, Domonick and Landon Arcadi, who were like brothers, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners 3541 State Rt 31 Baldwinsville with funeral services to follow at 12:00 noon. Burial will take place in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
