Michael John Lawler, 34 of Liverpool, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 1, 2025 in his home. Mike was born in Syracuse, NY to John & Dawn (Clark) Lawler, alongside his big sister Meghan. Mike attended Liverpool High School and completed the Mechanical Program at OCC, before serving a full term in the United States Marine Corps. Mike continued his growth and graduated from the Southeast Lineman Training Center.

Mike's kindness radiated, the family Mr. Fix it, and the most loyal guy you could find. If you needed help with anything, he was there for you. Mike brightened up every room he walked into. His humor could make sitting in the rain or a 20k hike an enjoyable experience. The love he had for his family and friends was pure, contagious and that love is something that we'll all carry with us forever.

You could find Mike the happiest with his fishing pole, down by the water, hunting in the woods, and cruising on his motorcycle on the open road. If you were down, Mike knew how to get you to smile, and that guy in the kitchen, a cook that would blow your mind. You'll always be remembered for who you truly are; and that's the greatest son, brother, friend and man a person could ask for. Fly high and know a piece of you will always live on with so many.

Surviving to cherish Mike's memory are his mother and step-father, Dawn and Rob; father and step-mother, John and Nichole; his sister and brother-in-law, Meghan and Steve; brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Jen Haskins; grandmother, Nancy Lawler; step-sisters, Karlee and Alexandria, aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved God Parents.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027, with funeral services following at 3:00 pm with military honors.
