Noble
June 13, 1930 – September 14, 2025
Milton L. Noble, 95, formerly of Liverpool, NY and previously residing in Baldwinsville, NY passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at Kingsway Arms Nursing Center in Schenectady, NY. He was born in Plainfield, NJ, son of Harold G. and Ruth (Elliot) Noble. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and was a U.S. Army ROTC cadet. Milton served in the U.S. Army as First Lieutenant, and later in the National Guard. He worked at General Electric for his entire career until retirement in 1993 and was a member of its ELFUN Society. Milton loved to ski, and enjoyed over five decades at Labrador Mountain where he was active in their ski racing program and served as a race official. He was also a past member at Beaver Meadows Golf Club and of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Syracuse, NY. Milton was married for almost seventy years and is predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Klein) Noble in 2023, as well as his son, Bradford (Margaret) Noble in 2018.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his three daughters, Debora Connell of Hershey, PA, Jennifer Franz of Linville, NC and Michele Shepard of Guilderland, NY, eight grandchildren, and four great-granddaughters.
Calling hours will be held on October 16, 2025 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027. Burial will take place in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
