Andrzejewski was the Area Administrator of the NYS Office of Health Systems Management for the central part of the state, and founded the charity Operation Southern/Northern Comfort. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Maureen Ruth Jones Andrzejewski, who he considered the CEO, CFO and glue of the Andrzejewski family.
