Tuesday, an Angel went to join the heavenly choir at home, with her husband by her side. Born in Vermont, she leaves behind her beloved husband of 36 years, Armand F. Phillips, Jr, her Collies, Faith and Lexie, her cats, Coco and Kona. She also leaves behind her loving family, cousins, relatives and steadfast friends (and now there are two), especially her aides who gave so much love to her.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm in Liverpool First United Methodist Church, 604 Oswego Road, Liverpool with a celebration of Pamela's life to follow at 12:00 pm.

Contributions in her memory can be made to Hospice of CNY, Liverpool First United Methodist Church or your favorite charity be it animal or human.
