Paula Katarina Salisbury, 87, of Liverpool, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on May 2, 2024.  She was born in Vienna, Austria, December 21, 1936.  In Vienna, Austria, she fell in love with a very dashing Marine by the name of Richard Dennis Salisbury.  Their love opened the door to a long, loving adventure that spanned throughout Europe & America.  All five of her children were born in a different place.  In 1958, Paula became a naturalized U.S. citizen.  Paula's influence shaped the lives of her 5 children, her 3 daughters-in-law, and 1 son-in-law.  She continued her loving influence with her 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren which she held and loved each one.  Paula's character can be defined by selfless caring, loving, patient, kind, with a willful spirit.

Paula is survived by her loving husband of 70 years Richard D. Salisbury, her children; Ilonka M. Salisbury, Rudolph D. (Jilayne C.) Salisbury, Patrick P. (M. Tammy) Salisbury, Rosemarie A. (Chad E.) McDannell, Erick J. (Beth A.) Salisbury, her grandchildren; Andrew P. Salisbury, Samantha M. Salisbury, Matthew P. (Christine) Salisbury, Alexander J. Salisbury, Marissa A. Salisbury, and her great-grandchild, Thomas Salisbury.
