Robert L. Eastman, Jr., 88, of Liverpool, passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 at Iroquois Nursing Home.  He was born in Syracuse and lived in Liverpool for over 40 years.  He retired after 42 years from Carrier Corporation where he worked as an assembler.  He was an avid sports fan, especially Syracuse University sports.  Robert was predeceased by his wife Shirley who died in 2011.

Surviving to cherish Robert's memory are his son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Bobbie Jo Eastman of Syracuse, two brothers, Rick (Ginny) Eastman of Central Square, NY and Ron Eastman of Chicago, IL, granddaughter, Becca (Pat) Chandler and several nieces & nephews.

Calling hours will be held Monday, September 13, 2021 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm with Funeral services at 12:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home, 300 Second St., Liverpool, NY.  The Rite of Committal and burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons Street, East Syracuse, NY 13057.
