Robert D. Young, 73, of Liverpool, NY passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, February 25 ^th .  Robert was a graduate of Liverpool High School, Class of 66.  He retired from Jaquith Industries where he worked as a Welder. He was an U.S. Army veteran.  He loved NASCAR, motorcycles and steam engines.  He had his own machine shop where he enjoyed working on various projects.  Robert is predeceased by his parents, Robert W. & Marion Young.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of 39 years, Janet M. (Jarvis) Young, three sisters; Sharon (Gary) Slate, Linda Young and Debbie Young, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home, Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt. 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.  Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday evening at the funeral home.  Interment will be held at the Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners, NY in the Spring.
