Robyn L. (Hotaling) Bloss, 61, of Clay, NY passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday. Born in Camp Lejeune, NC, Robyn was raised in Clay, NY on her family farm. She graduated from Cicero High School, Class of 79, and continued her studies attending OCC and Syracuse University. Robyn was a loving and caring soul. Her vibrant and compassionate personality made it easy for people to love her. She especially loved children, whether taking care of her own girls or helping children with daycare, it was her passion. Robyn was a talented baker, creating wedding cakes featured in the local paper and loved spending time outside in the garden. She is predeceased by her mother, Jean (Grimble) Hotaling.

Surviving is her husband, Edward K. Bloss, Jr., two daughters, Katie (Kenneth) Caputo and Sarah N. Bloss, her father, George E. (Carol) Hotaling, Jr., brother, Michael D. (Gigi) Hotaling, 6 grandchildren, a niece and three nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31 Baldwinsville with funeral services to follow at 7:00pm. Burial with graveside services will be on Tuesday at 11:00 am in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.
