Ronald E. Kimberly, 78, of Liverpool, NY passed away on Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center. He was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Charles and Marion (Farrance) Kimberly. He was raised in Liverpool and graduated from Liverpool High School, Class of 1966. Ron was employed as an assembler for Lockheed Martin for 38 years, retiring in 2003. An avid outdoorsman and sportsman, he loved fishing, hunting, boating and golfing. Ron enjoyed RC Airplanes, was a local pool player and competed in many archery tournaments. He also liked playing cards and riding his Harley. Ron had a great sense of humor, always playing tricks on family and friends. He is predeceased by two brothers and his sister.

Surviving to cherish his memory are his wife of over 50 years, Donna J. Kimberly of Liverpool, NY; two daughters, Marion (Richard) Lee of Mt. Morris, NY and Amy (Kevin) Perrin of Baldwinsville, NY; 5 adored grandchildren, Ryan (Jennifer) Lee, Rachael Lee, Joshua Lee, Courtney Perrin and Caleb Perrin, many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Ron’s life will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm at Twin Trees III, 310 North Main St., North Syracuse, NY 13212. Private burial will be held in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory can be made to Helping Hounds Dog Rescue, 7268 Caswell St. North Syracuse, NY 13212.
