Rosemary (Fellone) DeBernardis, 74, of Liverpool, NY passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023 due to complications of Multiple Sclerosis, at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Utica, NY, the daughter of the late John and Rose (Massago) Fellone. Rosemary was raised and educated in Utica graduating from Proctor High School. On July 12, 1969, she was united in marriage to Serafino DeBernardis, a blessed union of 52 years until his passing in 2022. Rosemary was employed at St. Luke's Memorial Hospital in their Medical Billing Department. She has been a resident of Liverpool for the past 20 years. Rosemary loved to travel and take trips to the casino. She was a great cook making many delicious Italian meals. Known as "Best Nonny", Rosemary treasured spending time with her granddaughters. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother, Angelo Fellone.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her son, Serafino "Sam" DeBernardis of Utica, NY, her daughter, Denise (Michael) DiGirolomo of Liverpool, NY and three adored granddaughters; Marissa, Mia and Ava.

In keeping with Rosemary's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Services will be held at a future time and date.
