Sandra J. Kukula, 85, formerly of Liverpool died peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday August 15, 2021 at Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Sandra was born in Ionia, Michigan and has lived in the Liverpool area since 1979. She retired in 1997 as manager of the Hallmark Shop located in Clay, NY. Sandra enjoyed gardening, bowling, playing cards with the family and making crafts especially creating festive arrangements during the holidays.

Left to cherish her memory are a daughter Kathryn Andress of Liverpool, two sons William (Tammy) Kukula of Cicero and Robert (Jo) Kukula of Liverpool, seven grandchildren Ryan (Kristina) Andress, Lee Andress, Sara (Kyle) Mertz, Kristin Kukula, Karli Kukula, Candice Baxter, Ashley (Javier) Cuevas, nine great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson, two sisters Kathy (John) Nelson of California, Julie Kucel of Michigan, brother-in-law Tom Wolsos of Michigan, several nieces and nephews.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Leonard Kukula in 1995. Her parents William and Edna McClow, a sister Cindy Wolsos, a son-in-law Donald Andress, and a brother-in-law Larry Kucel.

Burial in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay, NY will be private. There will be no calling hours. Maurer Funeral Home, Moyers Corners is assisting the family.
