Obituary

Sharon A. (Senke) Eaton, 70, of Clay, NY passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026 at Advent Health in Daytona Beach, FL. She was born in Syracuse, NY to the late Charles and Shirley (Spillane) Senke. Sharon grew up in Liverpool, graduating from Liverpool High School, Class of 1974. In May of 1979, she was united in marriage to Jack R. Eaton, a blessed union of 47 years. Sharon was known for her fierce loyalty to her family and friends and her unconditional love. She was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling. Sharon will be sadly missed by all who loved her. She is predeceased by her sister, Nancy Kirchoff.

Surviving are her beloved husband, Jack R. Eaton of Clay, NY; her daughter, Pamela A. Eaton of Jacksonville, FL; son, Carmen (Jessica) Vona, Jr. of Camillus, NY; four cherished grandchildren, Valerie, Brandon and Taylor Vona and Sophia Hobbs; sister, Dawn (David) Caiello of Liverpool, NY; two brothers, Gerry (Kim) Senke and Charles Senke, Jr. both of Liverpool, NY, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home, Inc. 300 Second St. Liverpool, NY 13088. Funeral services will be on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with entombment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
