Thomas J. Mangan, III, 60, of North Syracuse, formerly of Constantia, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on July 30, 2021, at the VA Medical Center in Syracuse.  He was born to the late Joyce and Thomas J. Mangan, II, and had proudly served his country for 7 years as a helicopter mechanic in the U.S. Army.

Tom was a commercial real estate broker, working several years, for 1001 Real Estate Concepts, in Liverpool.  He then owned and operated his own commercial painting business, T3 Painting, an accomplishment of which Tom was especially proud.

Always a very social person, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, as well as skeet shooting, hunting, golfing and sailing.

Thomas will be forever loved by his wife of 32 years, Mary Mangan; son, Thomas J. Mangan, IV (Tanya Dominguez); daughter, Jennifer Mangan; grandchildren, Javen Mangan, Thomas J. Mangan, V and Ciara Mangan; brother, Richard (Kathryn) Mangan; nephews, Jack Mangan and Nate Mangan and nieces, Anna Mangan, Melanie Angarano and Karen Tarala.

A celebration of Tom's life will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, August 7 at Mugshotz Tavern, 608 N. Main St., North Syracuse, NY.
