Victoria A. (DiGiacomo) Carfi

Victoria A. Carfi, 86, of Liverpool, NY, passed away at home on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and warm memories. She spent many of her last days appreciating her beautiful spring garden, enjoying the birds at her backyard feeders, and keeping in touch with her family and friends. She was a lifelong, passionate gardener, and loved to preserve the flowers from her garden to make beautiful cards and bookmarks for friends and family. Vickie was very creative, and could always be counted on to bring a special floral centerpiece to family gatherings. Vickie’s greatest happiness was derived from the close, loving family that she and her husband of 48 years, Ralph, who passed away in 2009, nurtured together.

She is survived by her children: Chris (Arnold) Steenstra of Baldwinsville, NY, Dan (Kim) Carfi of Hastings, NY and Robin (Scott) Ingles of Chesterfield, VA. She deeply loved and delighted in her five grandchildren: Edward (Carly), Rose (Tom), Nikki (Zach), Lexi and Samuel. She is also survived by her three siblings: Rocco (Marilyn), Ann and Anthony DiGiacomo. Her daily caregiver, Chris Veley, brought loving care and light to Vickie’s final months, allowing her to remain in the home she loved.

Graveside services with the Rite of Committal and burial will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 11:00 am in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, 8668 Oswego Rd., Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
