August 19, 1932 – March 22, 2023
Vincent S. Graziano, 90 1/2 years old, of Liverpool, NY passed away peacefully on Wednesday surrounded by his loving family at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Oldest son born to the late John and Rose (Grauso) Graziano, Vincent graduated from North High in Syracuse. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy proudly serving his country during the Korean War on the USS Monrovia (APA-31) transporting fleet Marines to the beaches of Korea. On October 29, 1960 he was united in marriage to the former Mary Nancy Saturno, a blessed union of 63 years. Vincent worked for Western Electric and retired from Verizon. During his retirement he enjoyed the outdoors; fishing, hunting and traveling coast to coast with his wife Nancy.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Nancy Graziano, two daughters, Nancy A. Knowles and Rosemarie (John) More, his son, John (Kim) Graziano, affectionately known as "BAPA" to his five grandchildren; Stephanie (LJ) Abt, Andrea (Donnie) Keefe, Nicholas Graziano, John and Emily More and six great grandchildren, who were the joy of his life, his sister, Jeanne Graziano Germano, many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his sister, Louise Purcell his brother, John Graziano and his canine companion Magic.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt 31 Baldwinsville, NY 13027. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 11:00 am in Christ the King Church, 21 Cherry Tree Circle, Liverpool, NY 13090. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville, NY.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Vincent's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
