Virginia Piscitelli, 69, of Baldwinsville, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Francis House in Syracuse, with her family by her side. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 26 from 5 – 7 PM at Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Patrick's Church, 97 W. Bayard St., Seneca Falls, NY. Interment to follow at St. Columbkille Cemetery in Seneca Falls.

Virginia was born in Seneca Falls, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and Virginia (Carnevale) DeSarro. She graduated from Mynderse Academy and shortly after, married Mark Piscitelli on August 5, 1972. Virginia worked for various government agencies over the years and retired as an administrative assistant from the Department of the Navy in Scotia, NY. Always one of strong faith, she was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Baldwinsville. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family and especially her grandsons, Joseph and Rocco.

Survived by her husband, Mark; daughters, Jennifer Piscitelli and Jessica (Benjamin) Ariola; grandsons, Joseph and Rocco, all of Baldwinsville; brother, Joseph DeSarro of Seneca Falls; sister, Joyce Socci of Atlanta, GA; as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family. In addition to her parents, Virginia is predeceased by her sister, Rose Ann Pucino; brother, Thomas DeSarro; father and mother-in-law, Michael and Emily Piscitelli; sister-in-law, Mary Freije, and brother-in-law, James Piscitelli.
