William "Billy" A. Goodno, 39, of Phoenix, NY. passed away peacefully Wednesday, November 15, 2023 surrounded by his family.  Billy was a kind and caring person.  He had a great love for computers, science fiction including, Star Wars and Star Trek, enjoyed video games, old nostalgic movies and black and white TV Series.  His greatest dream was to someday be able to fly a jet airplane.  He loved spending time with his loving family and friends and most of all with his beloved cat "Pepper".

He is predeceased by his father William R. Goodno who passed away in 2018.

He is survived by his beloved cat, "Pepper", his mother, Candie F. (Kerfien) Goodno of Phoenix, NY, brother, Timothy W. Goodno of Phoenix, cousin, Jeffrey Onken of Indiana, grandfather, Robert (Patricia) Kerfien of Volney, 2 uncles; David (Catherine) Goodno of California, Thomas Kerfien of Volney, 1 aunt, Kathy Ryan of NJ, and several cousins, great uncles and great aunts.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, 3541 State Rt. 31, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 11:30 am in St. Stephens Catholic Church, 469 Main St., Phoenix, NY, 13135.  The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Baldwinsville.
